Established in 2014 with over 10 years of experience, we have been awarded 5-star for sterilized premises so you can feel confident whenever you are here with us. Bringing a new life into the world is a wonderful journey for every mother, and we plan to be a part of that journey.

As a premier maternity and after-birth confinement centre, we offer comprehensive care for both mother and baby. Pleasant stay at Serenity. The room is well maintained and comfortable. Wide variety of tasty and nutritious meals. Doctor Chong and the nurse team was consistently attentive to both my baby and me. They took meticulous care of my baby and frequently checked on my wound and wellbeing. Customer service team and kakak was very helpful and friendly. They were always ready to assist with any requests or needs.

The services here in all aspects (from customer service to medical knowledge) are extraordinarily fabulous. They treat us with warmth. They treat us like family. I seriously able to take a good rest and have a peace of mind doing my confinement here. The doc will oftenly come visit the babies in nursery. If you have any queries, we can ask the doc directly and he will patiently explains everything in details.

我的第一胎宝宝，很多东西都早早就准备了，Serenity 就在我家附近，经过就进来参观然后就下定金了，另我意外的是入住后我才发现这里的医疗团队很专业，照顾宝宝同时也照顾到妈妈（妈妈也需要检查伤口和洗伤口的）特别是我入住后就发烧泻肚子，还好有医生和护士的照顾我不用特地在去医院看病。这里的护士对宝宝也很有耐心，我的宝宝喝奶比较慢……一开始2个星期每次喝奶都需要1个小时，谢谢护士们的耐心照顾最后要提一下这里的CS非常友善，一个WhatsApp她们就很快帮我解决我要的东西，太棒了

谢谢Serenity全体团队的细心照顾与专业。负责人，医护，清洁，厨师们都很用心地把方方面面都做好。从一开始的虚弱，涨奶，伤口疼，他们都会给予帮助。Dr Chong&护士们还会提供专业医疗知识,这里还有专业器材治疗宝宝黄疸，不需要进出医院。很开心也很享受在这里的28天！

多几天就要出月子了，我对这里的服务是很满意的。当初选择Serenity Puchong主要是看见XHS有很多好评，第二是靠近我家，第三是配套包含很多东西。由于是儿科医生开的，这里有inhouse UV phototherapy服务，如果宝宝有黄疸的话不必奔波去医院/留宝宝一个人在医院照灯，这里的baby room有照灯服务我们还是可以24小时看到宝贝也可以随时喂母乳，所以这项服务很加分👍🏻护士、客服都很nice，偶尔宝宝睡醒时护士也会逗宝宝玩。客服也随时协助妈妈们，每天都会看见客服出现在房外走廊巡视/帮忙。Urut kakak、泌乳师的服务态度也很加分，真的非常推荐Serenity Confinement Centre！
